Shipping Policy

Currently, the iFixTheButton Store is available only to residents of the European Union (EU*), Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland (EFTA**).
If you live outside these areas, please use our contact form.


The receipt of your order is confirmed by via an automatically consigned e-mail.

The shipping times given include up to 48 hours of processing time before the shipment leaves our warehouse. Note: Orders placed after 4:00pm GMT+1 or on fridays, saturdays, sundays and public holidays (in Austria) will be processed the next business day.


After your order has been processed, your items are handed over directly to our logistics partners*** to ensure that you receive the shipment timely****.

You will then receive an e-mail which confirms the shipment and includes the invoice (PDF-document).

Please inform us immediately if you should not have received your package. In this case, please “answer” the shipping email, which you have received from us, so we can track your order.


The best shipping costs are automatically calculated on the order form in webshop.
